1. Overview

These terms govern your use of web2own.com and the web design services provided by Web2Own ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

Web2Own provides custom website design and development services. Each project is scoped individually based on the selected tier (Starter, Standard, or Premium). All quoted prices are one-time build and development fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed are one-time fees for website build and development.
• Domain registration and annual renewal ($15–$20/year typical) are the client's responsibility.
• Promotional discounts are applied at the time of agreement and are non-transferable.
• Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full upfront) will be agreed upon before work begins.

4. Project Deliverables

• You will receive a fully functional website matching the agreed scope.
• We provide one round of revisions included in every tier. Additional revision rounds may incur extra fees.
• Source files will be delivered to you upon final payment.
• We do not provide ongoing hosting; however, we can recommend hosting solutions.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing all content (text, images, branding) needed for the project in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
• Managing your own domain registration and hosting account.
• Ensuring all content you provide is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website and all custom code created for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Web2Own is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or your website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• If you cancel before any design work has begun, we will provide a full refund of any deposit.
• If work has already started, you will be billed for time and resources used up to the cancellation date.
• Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, libraries, or services (such as Google Fonts, Font Awesome, or form processors) in the creation of your website. We are not responsible for the terms or availability of these external services.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
