We started because we couldn’t find bread in this city that didn’t taste like a factory. Seven years later, we still feel the same way.

Scratch-Made Daily

Every item is mixed, shaped, and baked from raw ingredients each morning. Nothing pre-made, nothing thawed.

Local Sourcing

Flour from regional mills, eggs from farms within 60 miles, butter from a creamery we actually visit.

Community First

End-of-day donations to local shelters. Catering discounts for schools. We like our neighbors.
